Never be tempted to download and re-word a wedding photographer contract again - we've all been there! I created this contract alongside a lawyer, with the niche needs of a branding photographer in mind. Book new clients feeling confident and protected with a contract that has been perfected over 5 years of my first hand experience (failures and all).

+ what's included:

The most important difference between the contracts for personal photography and branding photography is the licencing surrounding usage of your images, the licencing of client materials (like a book cover) in your images, the pre-session requirements, rescheduling due to weather or inadequate pre-shoot plans, and third party contractors. This contract is tailored to a branding photographer’s needs, from years of my own experience combined with legal knowledge of best practices.

- How is this different from a standard wedding or portrait contract?

+ Does this contract protect me during a pandemic?

+ Can I alter the clauses if my business is different than yours?

Yes this will provide you with the best possible protection as we have a clause on cancellation due to outside of your control, and a waiver of liability from illness caused, in case you shoot someone whilst you unknowingly have an infectious illness.
