After downloading and trying a whole bunch of questionnaires from portrait / senior / wedding photographers, trying to figure out the right questions to ask my clients and plan my shoots. I realized being in such a niche like branding, other questionnaires didn't help me, so I made my own through trial and error. This questionnaire dives into clients businesses, brands and also helps line you both up to start planning the shoot and creating the shot list.

I advise using a CRM like Honeybook / Pixieset / Dubsado for so many reasons. Not just to implement a questionnaire but to create a payment portal and have it easy for your clients to sign a contract too. But you can just take these and simplify them into an email / google doc. I would 100% cut it down if it's coming through a personalized email. But the workshop will help you tailor it.
