You’re welcome! It’s the best step in business, you’ll never go back! I recommend either posting to a Facebook community then you can ask the applicants to fill out a Google Form to narrow them down before doing a zoom interview… or, like me, I found a new friend who was looking to get out of her 9-5 and needed a little extra money to do so. She had no experience but she had all the qualities I was looking for, like loyalty, commitment, attention to detail, so I knew we could just learn the systems together.
